In the relaxed atmosphere of UCD’s Common Room Club, we will have drinks, readings, and a panel discussion on the legacies of Frankenstein in world literature, tv, film, and popular culture. Readers include Frank McGuiness, Sharae Deckard, and others. Panel members include Jorie Lagerwey, Michelle O’Connell, Sharae Deckard, and more. Michael West will also be joining us to discuss his 2018 Abbey Theatre adaptation of the novel for the stage: FRKSTN.
All staff, students, family members, and members of the general public are welcome. Tickets are free but must be booked in advance. Drinks are not provided and can be purchased at the Common Room Club bar.
