About the event 
The talk: 
Prof. Devin Fromm will discuss the way the novel addresses a variety of topics and influences that would become the basis for what we now call the modern world.
The exhibits:
Mary Shelley: Celebrating the Creation of Frankenstein, features the first edition of the iconic novel showcased along with works that inspired it. The interweaving of Gothic Fiction, English Romanticism, and Victorian Gothic will be lavishly displayed!*
