To celebrate the 200th anniversary of Frankenstein’s first publication, we will be holding several Frankenstein events at South Dakota School of Mines & Technology campus and in the Rapid City Community:
Oct. 12th, 7:30, SDSMT Music Center: Fantasy and Fright Concert (open to the public)
Oct. 16th, 6:00, Hay Camp: STEAM Cafe presentation by Dr. Laura Kremmel, followed by a reading of the novel by members of the Drama Club
Oct. 17th, 6:00, Dahl Arts Center: Community Discussion of Frankenstein
Oct. 22nd, 6:00-7:15 and 24th, 4-4:45, SDSMT Classroom Building (204 W and 309): Frankenstein on Trial Presentation by students
Oct. 26th, 7:00, SDSMT Campus: Frankenstein (1931) Screening
Oct. 29th, 7:00, SDSMT Campus: Young Frankenstein Screening
Each event will include an open reading of the novel.
