2018 marks the 200th anniversary of Mary Shelley’s classic novel Frankenstein. Dr. Jill Galvan, Associate Professor at The Ohio State University, will discuss how Frankenstein creates pathos and sympathy and how Shelley challenges us to think about our ideas of science and the nature of humanity. Join us in the Auditorium for our look back at this literary classic that shaped so much of today’s horror and science fiction genres.
